- Give permission to "Network Service" user for the folder
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50215\Temporary ASP.NET Files.
Report Services web site gave an error, complaining about the security
permissions for the user Network Service.
- Go to http://localhost/Report and
do what is explained in
this blog for the TFSSERVICE user.
- Uninstall "ADAM Instance BISGSS" otherwise TFS installation complaining
about this.
- Ohh, I have forgot the service "SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER)" should
also be running.
- Change port for the Windows Media Administration Site from 8080 to 8081
(I don't know why I have installed this...) This site's port is clashing
with TFSWeb site during the installation.
- Delete databases from the previous installation:
- BisDb
- CurrituckDB
- VSTEAMSCC
- VSTEAMSCCAdmin
- VSTEAMTeamBuild
- Start installation again
I have couple of "32000" errors during the installation. They are:

I think, I am getting these because the requested commands are timing out. If
I copy paste one of them to dos prompt and run it like:

It works. Thanks God that all the error dialogs have RETRY button. The
installation finished successfully, now I have a running Team Foundation Server
on a Windows Server 2003 VPC instance with 500mb memory (half of the suggested
amount hehe). I think I am going to upgrade my system before Longhorn released
which I don't want to...
